Q. Why can’t I get immediate pricing for a trip like with Expedia or Hotels.com?
A. This site offers a unique opportunity for the consumer to not only obtain deeply discounted travel, but receive offers that are not available on other sites. We work with companies around the world that has inventory become available and leaves just as quickly. We must verify that packaged opportunity before final pricing.
 
Q. If I request a packaged trip, will the price always reflect the quoted dollar amount listed by that trip?
A. No, your pricing could go up or down on a specific trip depending on the seasonality of your request. For example, if you request a package to Vail, Colorado to travel in July and the listed package to Vail is priced for ski season, more than likely the price will be cheaper than the one listed.
 
Q. When I request a quote on a packaged trip, there are only fifteen cities listed. Can I fly from another city?
A. Yes, you can fly from most U.S. cities and pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
 
Q. Must I attend any type of sales or timeshare solicitation at my destination with prices this cheap?
A. Definitely not! Just relax and enjoy your vacation.
 
Q. May I take friends or relatives with me on the trip with my membership?
A. Absolutely, share these great travel values, however, whoever owns the membership must be responsible for the trip payment.
 
Q. May I make changes to my reservations?
A. Once travel documents have been ordered you may change the travel arrangements, however, there are penalty fees associated with all suppliers (airline, hotel, etc.) that must be paid to make any changes. All changes are time sensitive and the traveler may be responsible for partial or full payment for the package plus penalties with final discretion left to LVI and/or the supplier(s) of the travel package to determine the financial losses incurred.
 
Q. The package I have an interest in states the number of days for the trip is five. Can I stay longer?
A. In most cases the trip can be extended beyond the number of days stated in the offer.
 
Q. What do the icons listed by the package trips represent?
A. The icons tell you at a glance what is included in the price for the package; i.e. an airplane icon means your flight is included, a knife and fork icon means that the meals are included, etc.
 
Q. I was looking at a trip possibility, but when I returned to the site it was gone?
A. The site is constantly changing with new opportunities being added everyday. That also means the trip you saw has been removed at least temporarily.
