Upon receipt of your travel request form, a Steals n Deals Concierge will contact you via telephone to discuss availability, pricing and answer any Steals n Deals questions you might have about your tour selection.

Since many of the offerings are “time sensitive pricings”, upon verbal confirmation of your reservation you will be required to submit payment in full which must be received by Lifestyle Vacations (LVI) within seven (7) days or sooner of this verbal confirmation. Payments can be made by VISA, MasterCard, or American Express credit card or by cashier’s check, bank check or money order.

In order to get our clients the best pricing on your holiday, please note that once final payment has been received the tour package is fully non-refundable for any reason, medical or otherwise; therefore travel insurance is highly recommended. Please refer to the travel insurance brochure that will accompany your confirmation / travel documents.

There is no refund for unused package features and please be aware that LVI reserves the right to cancel any tour package when full payment is not received by the due date which is seven (7) days from verbal confirmation or sooner.

All prices for these tour programs are subject to change without notice until the traveler is ticketed. Any fare increase by the airline is at the traveler’s expense until you are ticketed. Once you receive your travel documents, it is your responsibility to review and verify the accuracy of all documents, airline tickets, hotel / transfer vouchers (if applicable), etc. and with regard to correct names, dates, destination hotel and the like. The traveler will be responsible for any errors or omissions not brought to the attention of your Steals n Deals Concierge within twenty-four (24) hours of the receipt of these documents.

Requests for seat assignments, frequent flyer mileage or special meals or other services must be made directly with your air carrier after issuance of your airline tickets. Travelers should contact the airline directly at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to departure to reconfirm flight numbers / flight times and any last minute schedule changes for domestic travel. Clients who are traveling outside the USA on international flights should reconfirm directly with your airline at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to departure.

Airfares and hotel rates for Steals n Deals may not be combined with any discount offers, coupons, frequent flyer points of any type. All taxes and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the traveler unless these charges are included as a feature of your tour package. All travelers must present a government issued photo I.D. upon check in at the airport. International travel requires all passengers to have a current valid passport that has an expiration date that is at least six (6) months after your return date. It is the responsibility of non-US citizens to ascertain the proper documentation requirements of travel from / to the USA on any of these tour programs. This information is available from the embassy or consulate of your chosen destination; please contact them directly for latest information and visitor updates.

Lifestyle Vacation Incentives / Thomas Cook N/A is not responsible for the willful or negligent acts, misrepresentations and / or omissions of its suppliers or any transportation provider or their respective employees, agents or representatives including without limitation their failure to deliver or their partial or inadequate delivery of services. All travel and related documents including airline tickets, vouchers, and receipts are issued subject to the terms and conditions contained therein or as otherwise specified by the airlines / hotels / lodges / camp sites / resorts and any other transportation provider.

By utilizing the travel services of the Steals n Deals suppliers, you agree that neither Lifestyle Vacation Incentives / Thomas Cook N/A nor any representative thereof shall be held liable for any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to you or those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation or any other service(s) or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences beyond its control including but not limited to acts of terrorism, defects in vehicles, breakdown of equipment, strikes, delays or cancellation of or any changes in itineraries or schedules.

Certain blackout dates apply during holidays, trade fairs and peak travel seasons. We suggest booking as far in advance as possible to ensure better availability and please remember that some of our Steals n Deals tour offerings are “time sensitive” that must be booked and paid for within the booking window if applicable to your vacation selection.
